- Time Clock and thermostats in each room/area (wired to a thermal actuator on a manifold)
Planning Thermodul
Mark the system (supply and return) from each circuit. Based on the calculation for heat loss of the room it is determined the length of heating units to be inserted.
To guarantee the correct heat distribution the heating units are placed so to prioritise the external walls.
ES.: Heat loss: 2.030 kcal/h Average Temperature: (Tm+Tr):2=55°C Ambient Temperature: 20°C deltaT= Tm-Ta= 70-20°C=50°C distribution ml with deltaT of 50°C= 163 kcal/h Meters of KA= 2030:163 = c.ca 12.45mt.

The front element in aluminium, supplied in lengths of 2.5 meters, is mounted instead of the skirting board according to the length of the wall.
The heating unit, made of copper pipes and aluminium plates, is supplied in lengths of 2.5 meters,it is cut and inserted according to the heating requirements of the room.
- Height 137 mm (5.39 inches)
- Depth 29.3 mm (1.15 inches)
- Connections in CU 14.7 mm
- heat release and losses ml(linear meter) of heating unit with different Delta T.
OUTPUT PER ml OF HEATING UNIT - LOSS OF LOAD PER ml OF HEATING UNIT KA THERMODUL INCLUDING SUPPLY AND RETURN
- For the low content of water= It.0.21 per ml (linear meter) of heating unit (supply and return) the temperature is rapidly raised in the system. Normally the system should not exceed 20 linear m.
